Products can be returned unopened up to 14 days after you receive them for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, it is important that a product is unopened in it’s original sealed condition to be eligible for a return.
If you discover that a product is faulty, even after opening please follow the steps below to contact us and we will be happy to help.
How to return a product
Please use the contact page to start the returns process. It is important that we know when we are expecting to receive a return in order to quickly organise a replacement or refund.

It is recommended that a traceable postage service is used. Return postage costs are to be covered by the buyer. These costs may be reimbursed on a case-by-case basis if the product is faulty.
Don’t forget to include your order number or email address that you used to place the order when posting a return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving goods (although this is usually much quicker).
